RV & Summer Equipment Reminder, Dog Attack

October 16, 2020
Dear Homeowners,

RV and Summer Equipment Storage: PCVOA is a covenant-controlled community. Current covenants prohibit the extended parking of large or unsightly objects, facilities, equipment including but not limited to boats, snowmobiles, lawn mowers, off-the-road vehicles, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, snow removal equipment and garden and maintenance equipment.

Because of the current Corona virus restrictions, the Board has agreed to relax some of these restrictions through November 1, 2020. Please remove your RVs and any other recreational vehicles and summer equipment from your driveways effective November 1, 2020 and store for the winter in the garages or designated storage areas away from the property.

Pet Control:  There was a dog attack on the south side of Roberts Pond on Wednesday 10/14/20 that caused injuries. An owner was riding her bike with her dog on a leash when two dogs attacked them, luckily the injuries were minor. The two medium sized dogs came from the Lakeside duplex area, with one being white and the other was mostly black with a little brown coloring.

All animals shall be controlled by their owner and shall not be allowed off the owner’s Site except when leashed and accompanied by the owner.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
