Staining Schedule

We’re serious about maintenance and keeping our homes looking good. As a result, we require each townhome to be routinely re-stained on the schedule below.

The re-staining schedule for 2022 is on top, with the larger schedule below.

The re-roofing schedule is currently under evaluation and will be posted as soon as possible.
