Friendly Reminder Of Our Rules

Notice to all homeowners from the Lakeside at Pole Creek HOA board

The Board of Directors would like to remind all homeowners of the following HOA covenants:

1 No trailer of any kind to be parked in driveways.

2. No RVs or Campers are allowed in driveways.

3. No overnight parking on the street. (This is a Grand County Road violation and an HOA Covenant.)

4. No parking in the yard.  (The area surrounding the footprint of each unit is HOA property)

5. Quiet time is 10 pm.

6.  Trash cans should not remain at the curb other than on trash pickup day.

These specific rules are the most commonly violated covenants that result in complaints to the board.

Because of the increasing number of short term rentals within our neighborhood, we ask that all homeowners who rent their units conform with the following process.

  1. All short term rentals must be registered with Grand County.  The name of the property manager is listed as public record.   Property managers must be available to remedy any situation at the property within one hour.   However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the homeowner if violations of HOA covenants occur.

  2. Please provide a copy of these rules prior to rental agreement and arrival of renters, as well as posted within the unit.  This will go a long way to preventing violations, as there will be no surprises upon arrival.

We all greatly appreciate the community we live in and hope that this will immediately result in fewer complaints.

Sincerely,

Lakeside at Pole Creek HOA Board of Directors
