Board Meeting Minutes

June 1, 2019

Established a quorum consisting of Paul Hollrah, Chuck Nichols, Deborah Davis-Merritt, and Joe Gregg and meeting convened at 4:00 PM

Chuck Nichols presented the treasurers report and noted that all 2019 dues have been collected.  We currently have over $30,000 in the bank and a detailed report will be prepared through the end of June.

Joe Gregg reported that so far units 6, 7, and 9 have signed up for restaining with Blue Ladder painter.  Units due for staining this year are:  Buildings 6,7,9,19, and 21.  

The Annual meeting for the HOA was set for Saturday, July 20th at 12:30 PM at the pavilion.  A notice will be sent to all later in June.

The board discussed have certain common areas mowed again this year and voted to approve up to $650 for mowing.  

When the aspens leaf out we will check all neighborhood trees and determine if any need replacement.  Up to $2500 has been budgeted for replacement.

Board Meeting Minutes

February 16th, 2019

Established a quorum consisting of Paul Hollrah, Chuck Nichols, Deborah Davis-Merritt, Jordan Rea and Joe Gregg and meeting convened at 4:30 PM

Chuck Nichols presented the treasurers report and noted that we had $37,322.56  in the account as of year end 2018.  Chuck presented a budget for 2019 and it was approved by the board.  It will be posted on the web site.

The board established that funds currently in the account be earmarked as follows:

$12,000 for approximately 1 years operating reserves

$8,000 for an emergency fund

$8,000 for future landscaping and improvements and irrigation repairs

Joe Gregg and Jordan Rea agreed to be in charge of soliciting bids for units to be stained this year and communicating with homeowners.  Units due for staining this year are:  Buildings 6,7,9,19, and 21.

The board approved a bid of $1,750 from SSR Vegetation Management for noxious weed control for 2019.

Jay Dekovic was approved as contractor for our irrigation system for 2019.

It was also noted that Century Link has upgraded the switch that serves our neighborhood and they now have plenty of capacity to add internet service for those that want it.  I believe speeds up to 40 MB are available.
