Mission Statement For
Lakeside At Pole Creek Townhome Association’s
Design Review Committee

     To sustain and grow the value of our townhome community by ensuring that each townhome is well maintained and is in harmony with their neighbors;  and, that the common property of the community is designed and cared for in a manner that supports both the value and visual appeal of our community.

Any changes to the exterior of your townhome need to be approved by our board. For guidance and approval for any modifications, email our board president, Joe Gregg.

Our Design Review committee is in the final stages of completing our updated Design Review Application and Guidelines as of March 2021. We’ll post that information as soon as it’s available.

 

Immediately below here you’ll find the Design Review Application for our townhome association. You do not need to fill out design review applications for the Pole Creek Valley Association if you have a townhome, just our application, below.

Design Review Committee (DRC) documents, including applications, along with other information about the PCVOA “umbrella” association, are available by clicking here.
